Upstream to downstream: Riegelsville, Frenchtown, Stockton. Water passing the top gauge reaches the bottom one hours later, so a jump at Riegelsville is a preview of Stockton.
About the tubing number people quote
The 600 to 800 cubic feet per second figure you will find quoted comes from Cross Current Outfitters , a fly fishing guide service writing about the West Branch and East Branch in New York State, upstream of where they join to form the main stem. No agency publishes a "good for tubing" flow for the Delaware.

Every number here is fetched live from the USGS Water Services instantaneous values, daily values, and daily statistics feeds for gauges 01457500, 01458500, and 01461500, all of which USGS marks provisional and subject to revision. The usual-range comparison uses each gauge's own flow percentiles for today's date, which rest on only a handful of years and say how many on the card, while flood stages come from the National Weather Service by way of our county river levels page, which holds none for Riegelsville. A reading more than two hours old is labelled out of date.
